Type: nature hike

Description: Another interesting trek in the Lattari mountains looking out over the cobalt blue of the Amalfi coast. Length, 6.7 km , just out (obviously double that for the entire trip out and back, 13.4). Change in level: on the way out, climb of 668 m., descent of 147 m. (reverse those for the return trip)

The outing is in the Corpo di Cava part of Cava de'Tirreni and reaches the Sanctuary of Maria Santissima dell'Avvocata at an altitude of 873 m above the sea at Maiori. In the summer there are numerous pilgrims along the trail on the way to the sanctuary for mass.

Length: 13.400 km (total out and back)

Level changes: climb 668 m - descent 147 m (only out )

Time: 5:30 hours

Difficulty: medium
